Refund policy

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Please contact House of Seba through our store contact page before returning an item. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us promptly and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Certain personal-care items, opened beauty products, customized products, gift cards, and final-sale items cannot be returned.

Order cancellations are not guaranteed because orders may begin processing shortly after purchase.
